I think the first I ever met him, I was his last appointment of the day, on I think a Tuesday out in Waltham. It was literally 6:00 at night, and apparently, I had an exposed nerve or something like that. He said . . . it was the first time meeting him, and he goes, "Has this been like this for how long?" I said, "I think a couple weeks or so." He goes, "Oh my God, we got to take care of this right now." Here it is, last appointment of the day, I just met him 15 minutes ago, and he's staying late with me to get this done. I don't know if it was because I worked at Starbucks at the time and he was excited about getting some coffee from me, but I started bringing in coffee for him every time I visited. We just quickly became friends. I think that that service, just meeting the man 15 minutes ago, and I'm only a teenager at the time, and taking care of me the way he did. Here I am 15 years later, and I'm still coming to him. It says a lot about . . . how many other dentists can you say that about? He is the best at what he does. The other doctors that he has in here, he brings in, are absolute professionals; personable, salt-of-the-earth kind of people. I just can't thank him enough. I didn't have dental insurance growing up, and by the time I reached about 19-years-old, I needed help. I'm so grateful that I found him, and he's pretty much rebuilt my whole mouth.
