I've been the Executive Vice President/Chief Innovation Officer for State Street Corporation. It's an investment bank. As a top executive, I have been very visible outside giving speeches, activities, mentoring people, getting on videotaping, and all those. To me, it's so important how we represent the organization, the company, and have a great appearance also. Teeth, to me, are the most important. When I moved to Boston, I told my daughter to find the best dentist she can find, and she found Dr. Meola. When I came in, I felt like coming home. All the ladies all know me and they welcomed me. My picture is on Dr. Meola's table outside, which I feel like home. They're very sensitive how to make you comfortable so you don't have an anxious feeling, not knowing it's the anxious feeling. What's best is Dr. Meola spends time to explain the whole procedure, and the nurses are excellent also. They will come say, "I'm going to do this to you. You may feel that way." You know what to expect. I don't remember any time I had suffered any pain. Usually, they try to numb you, the gums, before they put an injection there, so it really is noninvasive, I look at it. I had a really good experience all those years.
